PM Modi’s visit to Khunti and also road show in Ranchi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a road show in Ranchi this evening. The officers provided this information. He told that the road show will start from Birsa Munda Airport immediately after the Prime Minister’s arrival here around 8 pm and will cover a distance of 10 km and end by reaching Raj Bhavan around 9.30 pm. According to the traffic advisory of Ranchi Police, the Prime Minister’s In view of the visit, movement of vehicles has been banned from 8 pm to 10.30 pm on November 14 from Birsa Munda Airport to Raj Bhavan via Hinoo Chowk, Birsa Chowk, Satellite Chowk, Argora Chowk and New Market Chowk. After an overnight stay at Raj Bhavan, the Prime Minister will leave for Ulihatu, the birthplace of tribal leader Birsa Munda, at 9.30 am on November 15, on the occasion of his birth anniversary. This day is also celebrated as Jharkhand State Day and Tribal Pride Day. Officials said that before traveling to Ulihatu, about 65 km from here, the Prime Minister will visit the Birsa Munda Museum at Jail Chowk at 8.15 am. After Ulihatu, Modi will go to Birsa College Football Stadium in Khunti, where he will address a rally and launch the Prime Minister PVTG Development Mission. Officials said the Rs 24,000 crore scheme is aimed at holistic development of Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs). The Modi-led central government had announced in 2021 that Birsa Munda’s birth anniversary would be celebrated as Tribal Pride Day. Officials said the mission, announced in the Union Budget for 2023-24, aims to improve the socio-economic condition of particularly vulnerable tribal groups.
