Big news of recruitment in UP! Board will be formed for health and technical departments, know the new instructions of CM Yogi

A separate board will be formed for recruitment in the health department, medical education as well as other technical departments. CM Yogi Adityanath gave instructions for this on Monday. This step is being taken to solve the problems caused by the long recruitment process in different commissions. The CM has also asked to ensure that the rules of reservation are followed in all recruitment processes. Yogi reviewed the recruitments to be done at different levels on Monday evening. Top officials of the government along with the chairpersons of UP Public Service Commission, Subordinate Service Selection Commission, Education Service Selection Commission, Electricity Service Commission, UP Recruitment and Promotion Board, Cooperative Service Board were present in the meeting. The CM had recently said that soon there will be recruitment for more than one lakh posts in various departments including police, education, revenue in the state. The meeting was called in order to prepare for the same.

‘Commission should create a question bank’

Yogi told the heads of all the recruitment boards of the state to prepare a question bank to take all the recruitment processes forward in a timely manner. This is necessary for the purity of the examination. No private institution should be made an examination centre. Only government and aided colleges should be made examination centres. The selection of the examination centre should be done under the guidance of DM, DIOS. Recently, the UP Police recruitment examination has been completed in the state. This has become a model. Other recruitment boards should also adopt this examination process.

‘Department should immediately send requisition to the commission’

The CM said that a system of e-requisition portal has been set up in the state. All departments should send requisitions using it. The appointment process should be taken forward by immediately sending requisitions to the commission from the departments where appointments are to be made. There should be no pendency regarding the recruitment process from any department. In any case, all processes should be completed smoothly within the time limit.

Yogi said that ‘To ensure smooth conduct of recruitment examinations, the chairpersons of all boards and commissions should hold a meeting with the Chief Secretary and DGP. Artificial Intelligence and CCTV should also be used to ensure smooth conduct of the examination. Full attention should be paid to preventing rumours. Caution should be exercised in the process of selection of transport, agency and examination centres. Confidentiality should be ensured at all costs. The selection board and commission should also have an MoU with the authorised agency.’
