How will the new system prove helpful for students?

The new system for registration for TOEFL exam is a six-step process, which aims to provide a better experience to candidates from across the world including India. These six steps include first creating an account, second selecting one or two tests, third choosing the date and time of the test, fourth filling the personal details, fifth selecting or rejecting the content for exam preparation and sixth paying the fee.

This process eliminates all the previous steps that required students to fill in details like selecting a scorer and collecting additional information. These details can be filled later. Because of this, students are going to get a better experience. ETS aims to make TOEFL more accessible and user friendly for students, especially in India.

ETS has also launched several initiatives to help Indian students, including test fee cashback, scholarships based on TOEFL scores, and the TOEFL TestReady platform. This platform helps students in preparing study plans through AI.
