Before Donald Trump takes oath, a special report on students from America came, know what is written in it.

Donald Trump News: Republican Party candidate Donald Trump has won the presidential elections held this month in America. Trump is going to become the President of the country for the second time. Donald Trump is going to take oath as President on January 20 next year. However, even before Trump took the oath of office, a report has come out regarding the students. It has been told that with the confirmation of Trump’s return, the interest among international students in studying in America is decreasing.
Trump becoming President is having a deep impact on the education system of the entire world. Especially its impact is visible on the decisions of foreign students. In his/her first term, Donald Trump made a lot of political statements and made strict policies, due to which many foreign students are now shying away from studying in America. Recently, Keystone Education Group conducted a survey to know the opinion of these students. Now the results of this survey have been released, which are quite shocking.

What were the results of the survey?

The results of the survey showed that 42% of students around the world said that now they would hardly think of studying in America. The main reasons for this change are the political environment, difficulty in obtaining visas and security concerns. Students feel that if they come to America to study, it will be difficult for them to get jobs, because the Trump government will give more priority to local people in jobs. Most of the students study in America so that they can get a job after completing their course.

The effect of Trump becoming President is clearly visible in the interest of foreign students. There has been a decline in the number of students searching for Masters and PhD programs in America. Keystone reports that between October 30 and November 6, 2024, the number of students searching for masters and PhD programs in the US has declined by 5%. Additionally, overall interest in US education programs is down 3%. Students from North America have shown a 17% decline in attending US institutions.

This decline shows that students are not only reconsidering their options, but are also looking for options to study in countries where the environment is more favorable. Due to increasing political uncertainties, many American students are now looking for opportunities to study outside the country. Data shows that there has been a 20-30% increase in searches among American students to find courses to study abroad.
