Kapil Sharma postponed US tour for Rajiv Thakur

In an interview with India Today, Rajiv Thakur told that Kapil Sharma adjusted his/her tour dates so that he/she could shoot for Anubhav Sinha’s show IC 814: The Kandahar Hijack. he/she said, “It is all because of Kapil that I was able to do the show. The series team had asked for my dates in June last year and Kapil had them for our US tour. That is why I decided to say no, but when Kapil came to know about it, he/she encouraged me to take up IC 814. he/she told me that you do the series, we will push the show. And that’s how our show was postponed till July. I was already committed to him/her and had given dates. I would have rejected the IC 814 show, but Kapil pushed me. I am grateful to him/her for this.
