It has been decided not to send Indian captain Rohit Sharma to Pakistan for the inauguration ceremony. he/she has also said that BCCI is bringing politics into cricket.

A PCB official, on condition of anonymity, told IANS on Monday, “BCCI is bringing politics into cricket, which is not good for the game at all. he/she refused to come to Pakistan. They do not want to send their captain Rohit Sharma to Pakistan for the opening ceremony, now there are reports that they do not want the name of the host country (Pakistan) to be printed on their jersey. We believe that ICC will not allow such things to happen. We have hope for them.”
