Balochistan: Pakistan Security Force allegedly kills the applicant to disappear

Reports about the murder of Wafa Baloch, a resident of Parum Tehsil in Panjgur district, allegedly by Pakistani paramilitary forces near the Goldsmith line, which mark the border between Iran and Baluchistan in Pakistan, according to the Balochistan post.

In a post on X, Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) said, “On February 26, 2025, Allah Bakhsh’s son Wafa Baloch, residents of Parom Tehsil in Panjgur district, were executed by Pakistani paramilitary forces near the Iran-Pakistan border. Wafa had previously ended six months of disappearance and illegal custody by Pakistani security agencies. Despite his/her release from a Pakistani torture cell, his/her family continued to shock. Sadly, he/she was shot and killed while earning a livelihood as a border driver – was only targeted to be Baloch. ,

The Balochistan Post reported that the byc has urged the international community and human rights organizations to take immediate notice of the ongoing violations in Balochistan and to be responsible for the alleged extraordinary murders and disappearance of Pakistani officials.

Byc exposed, “In Balochistan, the ongoing massacre against Baloch people has reached dangerous levels. Pakistani security forces, intelligence agencies, and state -backed militia regularly disappear, and execute citizens, transform systematic harassment into a daily reality. ,

While there has been no official reaction from Pakistani security agencies, these claims are aligned with the previous reports of the same abuses in the region. Human rights groups and local activists have expressed concern about long -growing violence, calling for maximum international intervention to address the deteriorating situation in Balochistan.

In Pakistan, a serious issue continues with the disappearance of Baloch persons, especially in Balochistan. The Baloch community faces the harassment of the state security forces, causing widespread fear among the population and increases the concerns about their safety and human rights in the region.
