Balochistan: BLA threatens to execute Pakistani hostages after military attacks, 48-hour ultimatum issues

The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has threatened to execute ten Pakistani hostages in retaliation for drone strikes and artillery shelling by Pakistani forces and has also issued a 48 -hour ultimatum demanding Pakistan to demand Pakistan, which is going on in Bolchistan, Balochistan.

In a media statement, BLA spokesman Jiyand Baloch accused the Pakistan Army of carrying out “irresponsible and foolish military aggression”, claiming that the drone strike and artillery targeted the BLA posts near the kidnapped Jafar Express train.

According to the Balochistan post, he/she further stated that the attacks demonstrated Pakistan’s inability to take a responsible decision on a prisoner exchange and accused the authorities of being inspired by “war madness and laughter” only.

However, he/she said that none of the BLA fighters were injured due to his/her “better defensive strategies and complete control of the battlefield”.

Jiyand Baloch warned, “In response to today’s careless bombing, we are forced to execute ten more hostages. If Pakistani forces started another attack – even a single bullet -ten additional hostages would be executed immediately.”

Earlier, Pakistani military sources reported that at least 13 rebels involved in the attack were killed, in which many others were injured. Military officials also said that there was an exchange of intense bullets due to breakdown in small groups of rebels.

However, these claims have not been independently confirmed, and the BLA strongly denied them, the statements of the Pakistani Army “a lump sum fabrication meant to cheat the public and cover the army’s defeat.”

Jiyand Baloch further claimed, “Pakistani state institutions are trying to hide their failure by claiming successes that they have not achieved.”

The hostage crisis began on Tuesday afternoon when BLA fighters confiscated the control of the Jaffer Express near Mach in Bolan district of Balochistan, held more than 200 Pakistani military, paramilitary, police and intelligence hostage.

The BLA initially released a 48 -hour ultimatum, demanding immediate release of the detained Baloch political prisoners, forcibly disappeared the workers, and captured the resistance fighters.

BLA spokesman Jeeyand Baloch also said that the group had run the Pakistani Ground and aerial reinforcement for eight hours after a deep battle, quoted by Balochistan Post.

In its most recent statement, the BLA renewed its ultimatum, which now has less than 40 hours, as Balochistan Post has reported.

Jiyand Baloch warned, “If our demands are not met within the remaining time, or if the Pakistani forces attempts to intervene any other military intervention, all the prisoners of the war will be executed, and the seized train will be completely destroyed.”

Pakistani officials have not yet officially responded to the BLA ultimatum or recent dangers. The position with the expected position of additional updates remains stressful and unexpected.
