Tagging the video to Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, he/she wrote, “These girls smoked ‘ganja’ and cigarettes inside the train all night. These people boarded the Tata Katihar train in Asansol. This incident happened in Tatanagar-Katihar Express. In the video, you can see that a girl is seen standing near the bogie’s toilet and smoking.
