‘Baby John’ lagged behind in the weekend too, on the other hand, ‘Mufasa’ roared ahead of ‘Pushpa 2’ on Sunday too.

While Allu Arjun’s ‘Pushpa 2’ is earning well at the box office despite being a month old, the condition of Varun Dhawan’s mass-action film ‘Baby John’ is bad. While the film’s earnings dropped from crores to lakhs with the entry of the second week, despite the weekend, it proved to be a laggard on Saturday and Sunday. In its second weekend, ‘Baby John’ has done a business of only Rs 2.20 crore in three days from Friday-Sunday. Whereas on the contrary, Disney’s animation film ‘Mufasa: The Lion King’ is roaring. It has made a business of Rs 11.95 crore in its third weekend. ‘Baby John’, directed by Kallis, has been produced by Atlee. It is a remake of Atlee’s 2016 release ‘Theri’. ‘Baby John’, which was released on the occasion of Christmas, had a lot of expectations. But sadly, this film made with a budget of Rs 185 crore is going to flop badly. This film has collected a net of only Rs 38.60 crore in the country in 12 days. As things stand, this film seems to be earning Rs 50-55 crore lifetime.

‘Baby John’ collection day 12

According to the report of sacnilk, ‘Baby John’ has done a business of only Rs 90 lakh on the 12th day despite Sunday being a holiday. A day earlier on Saturday it had done business of Rs 75 lakh and before that on Friday it had done business of Rs 55 lakh. Considering the indifference of the audience in the theatres, the shows of the film have also been reduced and instead the number of shows of ‘Pushpa 2’ and ‘Mufasa’ has been increased.

‘Baby John’ Worldwide Collection

The condition of ‘Baby John’ is also bad in terms of worldwide earnings. In 12 days, it has made a gross collection of only Rs 60 crore at the global box office. This film is not only a blow to Varun Dhawan’s career, it is also an even bigger blow to Atlee Kumar after the blockbuster like ‘Jawaan’.

‘Mufasa’ box office collection day 17

On the other hand, the earnings of Disney’s animation film ‘Mufasa: The Lion King’ are surprising every day. Even on the 17th day of its release, it has given a tough competition to ‘Pushpa 2’. While ‘Pushpa 2’ has collected a net collection of Rs 7 crore in the country on Sunday, ‘Mufasa’ has earned a whopping Rs 5.25 crore. ‘Mufasa: The Lion King’ has made a total net collection of Rs 136.50 crore at the Indian box office, including English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

Pushpa 2 Box Office: ‘Pushpa 2’ has beaten even on the 32nd day, now a big trouble is in front of this film which has revolted.

‘Mufasa: The Lion King’ Worldwide Collection Day 17

‘Mufasa’ is making a different record in worldwide earnings. It has earned a gross of Rs 3290 crore at the global box office in just 17 days. This prequel of ‘The Lion King’, released in the year 2019, is especially being liked by children and family audiences. While Shahrukh Khan, Abram, Aryan Khan, Sanjay Mishra and Shreyas Talpade have dubbed for it in the Hindi version of the film, Mahesh Babu has given voice to it in the Telugu version.
