Jabalpur : Bageshwar Dham Peethadhishwar Dhirendra Krishna Shastri, who is often in headlines due to his/her controversial statements, is once again in headlines due to his/her statement. But the eternal Sai God seems to be rejecting idol worship while Sai is worshiped. It is done according to the Sanatani method.

Baba Bageshwar replied to this and said “Shankaracharya of our religion has not given Sai Baba the place of gods and it is the religion of every Sanatani to obey Shankaracharya because he/she is the prime minister of his/her religion and any saint may be of our religion. Whether it is Goswami Tulsidas ji or Surdas ji, he/she is a saint, he/she is a great man, he/she is a man of the ages, he/she is a Kalpapurush but he/she is not God.

Pandit Dhirendra Krishna Shastri further said that “people have their own personal faith and we cannot hurt anyone’s faith. We can say this much. Sai Baba can be a saint, can be a fakir but cannot be a god. Now you Said that worship is done by Hindu religion, worship is done by Vedic religion, see brother, if I say this, people will take it into controversy, but it is also necessary to say this. No one can become a lion by wearing the skin of a jackal. Bageshwar Dham Sarkar Let us take the umbrella of Shankaracharya ji and get the throne installed and put the peak and say that yes brother Shankaracharya is sitting, will we not become it?
