Australia turned the match in the blink of an eye, crushed New Zealand

New Delhi. Australia continued its winning campaign in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup and registered its second consecutive win. After winning the toss and batting first against New Zealand, they scored 148 runs for 8 wickets with the help of 40 runs from Beth Mooney and 30 runs from Ellyse Perry. New Zealand’s batting completely disintegrated in front of the bowling of Annabel Sutherland and Megan Shut and the entire team was all out for 88 runs.

The clash between the two teams, which were playing after winning their first match in the ICC T20 World Cup, was expected to be fierce. After winning the toss, Australia chose to bat first and after a good start, the team could not reach a big score due to continuous loss of wickets.
