Attack on 4 temples in 48 hours… Barbaric Jihadis take over there, Taslima Nasreen’s anger against her own country

New Delhi : Attacks on Hindu minorities are continuously increasing in Bangladesh. After Sheikh Hasina was ousted from power, many incidents of attacks on Hindu temples and Hindu minorities have come to light in Bangladesh. Apart from this, there has also been vandalism of idols in temples. According to this report of the Government of India, till December 8 this year, a total of 2,200 cases of violence against Hindus and other minorities have been reported.

Temples attacked again in Bangladesh

Recently in Mymensingh and Dinajpur of Bangladesh, miscreants vandalized eight statues in 4 Hindu temples within two days. Bangladesh’s famous writer Taslima Nasreen has expressed her displeasure against her own country regarding this matter. Nasreen tweeted in this regard on social media platform X. Taslima condemned her own country by violence against Hindus. Taslima is living a life of exile in India.

What did Taslima say?

Taslima Nasreen wrote in her tweet, at least four temples have been attacked in Mymensingh, Dinajpur and Natore districts in the last 48 hours. Eight statues were vandalized. A robbery took place at a cremation ground in Natore and priest Tarun Chandra Das was also murdered. This country once belonged to Hindus, but now it has been captured by barbaric Jihadis.

Government presented figures in Lok Sabha

A total of 2,200 cases of violence against Hindus and other minorities have been reported in Bangladesh till December 8 this year, the government said on Friday. India hopes that Dhaka will take necessary steps to ensure their security. Minister of State for External Affairs Kirti Vardhan Singh gave this information in a written reply to a question in the Lok Sabha, citing data from minority and human rights organizations.

Singh said that till October this year in Pakistan, the number of cases of violence against Hindus and other minorities was 112.
