At what level did Congress descend? Pawan Kheda surrounded over post on Adani

New Delhi: Congress leader Pawan Kheda came under attack for one of his/her social media posts. Malini Parthasarathy, former chairperson of ‘The Hindu’ group, has reacted sharply to his/her post. Pawan Kheda had shared a picture of former Supreme Court Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, in which the event sponsor Adani Group was also mentioned. On this, Parthasarathy described Congress’s ‘obsession’ towards Adani Group as ‘childish’. Also raised questions while mentioning Rahul Gandhi’s protest outside Parliament against Adani and PM Modi wearing masks. This entire matter is of 12-13 December 2024.

What did the Congress leader post?

Congress spokesperson Pawan Kheda shared a photo of former CJI DY Chandrachud on social media post. This picture was of India Economic Conclave. Event sponsor Adani Group was also mentioned in it. Kheda wrote with the picture, ‘Is Adani presenting him/her too?’

Malini Parthasarathy cornered Congress

Malini Parthasarathy reacted sharply to this post. Reposting Kheda’s post, he/she wrote, ‘Congress party is becoming ridiculous day by day. This obsession with Adani is pushing its leaders and spokespersons towards childish reactions.

Questions raised on Rahul Gandhi’s mock interview in Parliament

Malini Parthasarathy also mentioned Rahul Gandhi’s protest outside Parliament, in which Congress members joined Prime Minister Modi and Gautam Adani Were seen wearing masks. Parthasarathy wrote, ‘First the mock interview of Rahul Gandhi, in which the Congress Parliamentary Party stood outside the Parliament with people wearing Adani and Modi masks, and instead of raising serious issues in the Parliament, they were doing a mock interview.’ he/she described Kheda’s comments as ‘childish’.

‘Hopefully Congress will move ahead with this’

Parthasarathy also said that most media events are sponsored by big corporate brands. This is common in the media industry and has nothing to do with the event’s speakers or guests. Not only this, he/she further wrote that hopefully @INCIndia will move ahead on this issue.
