This Hindu American woman seen with Melania and Trump is Usha Vance, wife of Vice President JD Vance. Usha has become the first Indian-American to receive the title of Second Lady of the United States. Because of this, he/she has created history in America in a very special way.

While most people at the inauguration ceremony were seen in dark, neutral or pastels, Usha was seen in blooming pink. She wore a pink coat dress, which was designed by Oscar de la Renta. Under this, Usha wore the same colored round neck midi dress.
