Army Public School Teacher Qualification: Qualification

To apply for the post of PGT Teacher in Army School, candidates must have minimum 50 percent marks in post graduation in the relevant field. Besides, it is also necessary to pass CTET/TET exam. Candidates who have done B.Ed, M.Ed along with post graduation are also eligible to apply. Whereas for TGT, one should have passed four-year integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT with minimum 50 percent marks in the relevant subject.

Candidates who have done Bachelor degree, Post Graduation candidates with B.Ed, M.Ed in the relevant subject are eligible for the post of TGT. APS Teacher Job Age Limit: आयुसिमा

• Age Limit- For fresher candidates, the maximum age to apply for the post of teacher should be less than 40 years. Whereas for teachers with minimum 5 years of experience, the age limit has been fixed at 40-57 years.
• Salary- Selected teachers will be paid as per AWES rules.
• Selection Process- Candidates will be selected on direct interview basis without any examination.
• Application fee- Rs 250 will have to be paid as application fee through demand draft.
• Interview date- Candidates will have to attend the interview process on 27, 28 and 29 January 2025.

Interview this month

Interviews will be held on 27 January 2025 for teacher posts for PGT Math, English and TGT Math, English and Computer Science subjects. On January 28, interviews will be held for PGT Biology, Political Science and TGT Social Studies (Geography/Economics), and Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology). There will be interviews for TGT Hindi, Sanskrit and PRT, Special Educator on 29 January 2025. Candidates must report for interview at school at 8 am on the scheduled date.

For this vacancy, candidates should have a valid CSB score card issued till 28 February 2022. Also, OACT score card should be valid till December 12, 2024 with minimum 70 percent percentile.
