Anurag Kashyap told- daughter Alia does not like Ranbir’s ‘Animal’, the darling was enraged after seeing her father with Vanga

Ranbir Kapoor’s film ‘Animal’ created a stir at the box office last year. The film was a blockbuster but it received mixed reviews. Many people liked the film a lot while some people also criticized it. Now Anurag Kashyap has revealed that his/her daughter Alia also did not like this film of Ranbir Kapoor at all. he/she has also shared his/her daughter’s view on this film.

Released last year on 1 December 2023, this film earned around 915 crores worldwide, while its budget was just Rs 100 crore. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, this film proved to be an all-time blockbuster. Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap also liked this film.

Shared the picture with Sandeep Reddy Vanga

Anurag often shares things related to the director of ‘Animal’ and this film on social media, but now he/she has revealed that his/her daughter has different views about this film. Recently, he/she had a conversation with YouTuber Janice Sequira in which he/she shared many things about his/her personal life. he/she also talked about Sandeep Reddy Vanga with whom he/she has also posted his/her picture on Instagram.

Alia hates ‘Animals’

Anurag mentioned his/her liking and said that he/she liked many things in this film including music and action. he/she also said that people had said different things on his/her picture with Vanga. In the same conversation, the director also told that his/her daughter Alia also hates ‘Animal’.

Why did people not like this movie?

he/she said, ‘After that post of mine, my friends called me and asked me 10,000 questions. After this I said, forget everything else, what is the name of the movie… Animal. So it cannot be called Human. Why did people not like this movie because it had everyone’s favourite Ranbir Kapoor.’

The daughter had told all this to her father

Earlier, Alia mentioned the picture shared by Anurag Kashyap on her podcast and said, ‘In the caption of the post, you were promoting a person which I was not very happy about. I actually saw Animal and called you immediately and said – what a horrible, misogynistic film it is and how much I hate it and you agreed with me. A week later when I opened Instagram, I saw a post by my dad, which promoted a person I was thinking about.’
