The agency will not make anyone a star, but as soon as someone becomes a star, the agency earns money from it. The responsibility of finding talent is on you – you have to take the risk and struggle with 50 people. And when the film is made, the agency catches them and makes them a star. They will brainwash them and tell them what they have to do to become a star. They won’t send them to workshops but to gyms – it’s all glamor because they have to become big stars.

Anurag Kashyap mentioned an incident
