Annual examination in Delhi government schools from February 13, Directorate of Education released the schedule

Common Annual School Examination will start in 1082 government schools of Delhi from 13 February 2025. The Delhi Education Directorate has released the exam schedule for class 3 to class 9 and class 11. Exams for morning and general shift schools will be conducted from February 13 to February 25. Delhi Government School annual examination will start daily at 2:30 pm.

Delhi School Annual Exam Timing

• 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm for classes 3 to 5
• Annual examination for classes 6 to 8 will be held from 2:30 pm to 5 pm.
• Annual exams for class 9 and class 11 will be held from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
• Whereas, examinations for evening shift will start from 14th February. The timing will be the same as in morning schools, i.e. exams will start from 2:30. Evening shift school exams will continue till February 27.

Extra sheet will not be available

The exam datesheets for Morning/General Shift and Evening Shift are different, but the exams will be held at the same time. The exams for subjects which are not in the common datesheet will be held at the school level. Common question papers for each subject of classes 3 to 5 will be in booklet form. Children will give the exam in the booklet only. They will not be given extra sheets.

The Directorate of Education has asked all the schools to post the seating plan on the notice board in advance. Not more than 24 students should be seated in one room. Two invigilators should be deployed in every examination room. If the staff is less, then an invigilator should be kept in one room on the condition that he/she watches three rooms. he/she will have to stay in each room for at least 30 minutes. The process of checking answer sheets and uploading marks online should be completed in 4 days. The marks awarded to each question should be given on the first page of the answer sheet.
