Abigail Pandey was not the first choice

Regarding his/her latest web series, he/she says, ‘Generally when we watch love stories, first two people meet, then they fall in love, get married and then they go through the process of divorce. But our story is a little different. Here Rishabh Chaddha and Abigail Pandey first get married and then how they fall in love during the process of divorce, this is our story. This is the newness in this story. So we want to show the importance of marriage through the process of divorce.

But we have shown this issue in a funny way, which every class will enjoy. he/she further explained that Abigail was not the first choice for the heroine of the series. he/she says, ‘We had finalized 2-3 girls for the main role. When Abigail came to the mock shoot, those girls were present there who were well-known names on TV, but they did not have that tongue and cheek or say Tom and Jerry attitude.

‘After seeing Abigail’s comic Instagram posts, her audition videos with Rishabh were made and everyone loved their chemistry. I did not know Abigail Pandey before, yes I was aware of Rishabh and also his/her sense of humor. Rishabh’s comedy is subtle, so he/she had to go through two-four rounds of audition and after that he/she captured the tone of his/her character well.
