Punjab: Amritpal Singh, whom the police has been chasing for four days, fled on a bike along with his/her companions. Punjab Police has given this information and released the pictures. In these pictures, Khalistani supporter Amritpal Singh is seen wearing a pink turban and his/her face is covered. Amritpal changed his/her clothes at the Nagal Ambia Gurdwara and put on a shirt and pants before fleeing on a motorcycle with his/her accomplices. Earlier in the day, the Punjab Police suspected that Amritpal Singh may have crossed the state border after his/her clothes and abandoned car were found on Monday.

Abandoned the car, changed clothes and fled on a motorcycle

Police said Amritpal Singh got down from a Mercedes and fled to Shahkot in a Brezza. Later, Waris Punjab De chief Amritpal changed his/her clothes and may have fled Punjab on the motorcycle of one of his/her associates, as the police targeted him/her.

A senior Punjab Police officer said that till now Amritpal Singh has managed to escape from the police. Four accused who helped Amritpal escape have been arrested. A .315 bore rifle has also been recovered from his/her Brezza car. Punjab Police has said that an arrest warrant has been issued against Amritpal Singh under the strict National Security Act. A total of 154 people have been arrested in the case so far.
