What is the whole story, this was once told by Sooraj Barjatya himself in an interview given to Rajshri. Sooraj Barjatya told that when he/she was filming the song ‘Suno ji Dulhan’, Saif Ali Khan had to take retakes again and again. Then Sooraj Barjatya felt that Saif is a very natural actor. Since it is a comedy, then it should be done in one take. Then he/she talked to Saif’s wife Amrita Singh (now ex-wife).

Amrita Singh told Sooraj Barjatya that Saif would not sleep the whole night worrying about how to memorize the lines for his/her role. Hearing this, Sooraj Barjatya suggested a trick to Amrita that she should feed him/her sleeping pills at night before sleeping. Then one day Amrita secretly gave the medicine to Saif and went to sleep.
