Amit Malviya sent a notice of Rs 10 crore to the RSS member who had accused him/her of sexual harassment

New Delhi: Amit Malviya, head of BJP’s IT cell and co-in-charge of the party’s state unit in West Bengal, has filed a Rs 10 crore defamation case against RSS’s Shantanu Sinha. Actually, a few days ago, RSS member Shantanu Sinha had accused Amit Malviya of sexually exploiting women. After which Amit Malviya has now taken strict action on this. Amit Malviya’s legal team sent a notice and wrote – The nature of false allegations of alleged sexual misconduct is extremely objectionable. Which are hurting the dignity and reputation of my client. Since he/she is a professional and public figure, respond to these allegations within three days. Let us tell you that the three-day notice period is ending on June 11.

Congress also targeted Malviya

Let us tell you that after the allegations of sexual harassment on BJP IT cell chief and West Bengal co-in-charge Amit Malviya, Congress leader Supriya Shrinate has attacked BJP. Congress leader Supriya Shrinate said in a press conference that it has not been even 24 hours since Narendra Modi’s government was formed, but BJP leaders have brought shame to the country with their black deeds and this allegation is not being made by us, but by BJP leaders themselves.

he/she said that the BJP leader himself has accused IT cell in-charge Amit Malviya of sexual harassment. Shantanu Sinha is a leader of the Sangh Parivar, who is the brother of Bengal official Rahul Sinha and a member of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad. Apart from this, he/she is the head of the Hindu Sangh. he/she alleges that Amit Malviya sexually harasses women in Bengal. Not only this, all this happens not only in five-star hotels, but it is also happening in BJP offices.
