US Visa Bulletin 2025: The US State Department has released a visa bulletin for March 2025. It has seen a change in the ‘final action date’ for employment based green cards. Permanent Residency is also given to Indian workers working in America. For this they get a card, which is known as a green card. In some categories of employment -based green cards, the ‘final action date’ has moved forward. The ‘Final Action Date’ for EB-2 and EB-3 categories for Indians has moved six weeks. At the same time, no change has been seen in the EB-1 and EB-5 category. Visa bulletin is extremely important for those who are waiting to get a green card. Through this, they get information about applying for a green card and changing their visa status.

What changes showed in US visa bulletin?

The ‘Final Action Date’ of the EB-2 category for Indian applicants has been December 1, 2012. Similarly, the ‘final action date’ for EB-3 professionals and skill workers has been February 1, 2013. The date for EB-3 other workers category has also moved six weeks to February 1, 2013. The USCIS has said that in March, it will accept the ‘Employment-based adjustment of status application’ of those whose ‘Prota Date’ is before the ‘Final Action Date’.

The ‘Final Action Date’ for the EB-4 category has gone back to one and a half years, August 1, 2019. The State Department has warned that this category may be unavailable in the coming months. The most surprising EB-5 is about the category, in which no change has been seen.
