New Delhi: What to eat with tea to enjoy? Today we have brought for you the recipe of making ‘Aloo Paneer Ring Samosa’. You all must have eaten triangular samosa but, this is different from that. So let’s know about this simple and wonderful snack.
Material
Flour – 2 cups
Celery – 1/2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Ghee – 5 tsp
Paneer – 100 grams
Potatoes (boiled and mashed) – 3
Cumin – 3/4 tsp
Asafoetida – 1/4 tsp
Whole coriander – 3/4 tsp
Chopped Kashmiri red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Mango powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Oil – as per requirement
Green coriander (finely chopped) – 1 tsp

To make ‘Aloo Paneer Ring Samosa’, first add flour, salt, 4 tsp oil, celery in a mixing bowl and mix.
Then add water little by little and knead a stiff dough, cover it with a wet cloth and keep it for 15 minutes.
To make the stuffing, heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. When it becomes hot, add all the spices along with cheese, potatoes and stir until all the spices are mixed well.
After this, add green coriander and mix it and cool the mixer. Make small balls from the dough and roll it. Now cut it into square shape. Now cut it in half and make strips.
Take the uncut part and roll it and fold it into a ring. Then, to connect both the ends of the ring, make a paste by adding water to 1 teaspoon of flour and stick it to both the ends of the ring.
Then put it in hot oil and deep fry it on low flame till it turns golden brown. Enjoy eating it by serving it with tomato sauce.
