Along with Alok, Palak Muchhal has completed the heart surgery of 3000 children, 400 more children are waiting

Apart from being a playback singer, Bollywood singer Palak Muchhal is also very interested in social work. Palak, who started singing at the age of two and a half years, has saved the lives of 3000 children and has also thanked those who prayed for Alok. Palak has said that Alok’s surgery was successful and now he/she is completely fine. Let us tell you here that along with Alok, the number of poor children getting heart surgery has now reached 3000. People have once again praised Palak’s help for the poor. Let us also tell you here that Palak’s name has been registered in the ‘Guinness Book of Records’ and ‘Limca Book of Records’ for her social work. Apart from this, the Government of India and many other institutions have also honored her with various awards.

Palak Muchhal had said in a conversation with Mirchi Plus that she is treating many children who need heart surgery. Along with this, she wants to treat about 400 more children after completing 3,000 surgeries. She had said in this conversation, ‘It feels like a dream that a small initiative started by a small girl has become such a big goal today. It has become an important part of my life. Those 3,000 children are like my family to me.’

She had said, ‘There are still more than 400 children whom I want to treat. Even today, every concert of mine is dedicated to those heart surgeries. Those children wait for when Palak Didi’s concert will happen and when our surgery will happen and I pray that God gives me enough strength to carry forward this wish of mine.’

Salman Khan gave me the first chance in films

Talking about Palak’s work front, her first film was Salman Khan’s ‘Veer’, which was released in the year 2010. This is the reason why she considers Salman as the reason for the beginning of her career. She said in her interview that Salman Khan used to guide her from time to time on how to move forward.

100 children came to Salman’s NGO for help in their surgery

Palak had told that she got the surgery done for 100 children who came to Salman’s NGO for help. Then one day she got a call from him/her to sing in ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and this was a big break in her life. Palak still believes that lending her voice for Yash Raj and Salman Khan’s film and Katrina Kaif is a big debut.

During the ‘Kargil war’ he/she went to shops and sang songs

Palak has been doing this social service work for 24 years. Palak developed this passion for helping poor children when she saw children cleaning train compartments. Those children were cleaning the floor with their clothes and they did not even have warm clothes to wear in the cold. Palak had told in one of her interviews that during the ‘Kargil War’ she went to shops and sang songs. She used to sing ‘Ae Mere Watan Ke Logo’ in front of shops and then somehow collected 25 thousand rupees which was a big amount at that time. Then she started singing by making a stage of a handcart with her younger brother and in this way collected 55 thousand rupees. Palak used this money for the heart surgery of a child. From this first surgery till now Alok’s surgery, Palak has done heart surgery of 3000 children.
