Allu Arjun meets the child injured in the stampede after 1 month, police had issued notice, know why

Tollywood actor Allu Arjun reached KIMS Hospital in Secunderabad on Tuesday. he/she met the eight-year-old child who was injured in the stampede during the premiere show of ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ at Sandhya Theater last month. The actor reached the hospital in the morning amid tight police security and spent about half an hour in the hospital. he/she was also accompanied by Telangana State Film Development Corporation Chairman Dil Raju. Allu Arjun inquired about the condition of Sretej (injured child) from the doctors, met his/her father and assured him/her of all possible help. Allu Arjun reported to Chikkadpally police station as per the condition laid down by a city court while granting regular bail. After this, a plan was made to go to the hospital on January 5.

Allu Arjun had to cancel the plan

However, Allu Arjun had to cancel his/her plans after Ramgopalpet police station issued a notice advising him/her to reconsider his/her visit. The police had advised Allu Arjun to maintain his/her privacy to prevent any kind of public/media crowd on the premises, which could disrupt the peaceful atmosphere of the hospital. The actor was warned that if cooperation was not received from his/her end, he/she would be responsible for any negative consequences of his/her visit to the hospital.

Woman died and son was injured

On January 6, the police issued another notice to Allu Arjun asking him/her to keep his/her visit confidential so that public order is maintained in and around the hospital. The police also offered to make necessary arrangements for his/her visit. It is known that on December 4, during the premiere show of Allu Arjun, a woman named Revathi was killed and her son Sritej was seriously injured in the stampede that broke out in the theater.

Allu Arjun went to theater without permission

Police had claimed that Allu Arjun went to the theater without permission and did a ‘road show’, due to which the accident occurred. Allu Arjun was arrested in this case on December 13. On the same day, the High Court granted him/her interim bail. Last week, Nampally Court had granted regular bail to the actor. The court had directed him/her to cooperate in the investigation and report to the concerned police station every Sunday.

Total assistance of Rs 4 crore to the victim’s family

Allu Arjun was being criticized for not consoling the family of the deceased and not visiting the injured boy in the hospital. Actor’s father and producer Allu Aravind went to the hospital twice. On December 25, a check of Rs 2 crore was given to the victim’s family. While Allu Arjun has contributed Rs 1 crore, the film’s producer Mythri Movies has contributed Rs 50 lakh. The film’s director Sukumar has also given Rs 50 lakh to the family.
