Now actor and director Sukumar spoke to the media on Saturday evening, December 7, to celebrate the success of ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’. During the event, he/she apologized for the incident that took place during the film’s premiere in Hyderabad on 4 December, where a female fan was killed in a stampede. Expressing his/her condolences to the family of the deceased, Sukumar thanked his/her entire team for making Pushpa 2 a success. he/she also said, ‘I have worked on this film for more than 6 years but am not happy for the last three days because a director is always sensitive. Whether I work for 3 years or 6 years, I cannot make anyone’s life.

Expressing grief over the woman’s death, Sukumar said, ‘What happened broke my heart. I am very sorry for this. I apologize to the family. And I assure that we will always support you. At the same time, Allu Arjun also thanked people all over the world for the success of the film and expressed gratitude towards the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh governments for keeping the ticket prices and holding the premiere.

I go to the theater on opening day. It is very unfortunate that this happened. he/she also clarified that he/she did not leave the film midway after knowing about the death of the female fan. he/she did not leave the theatre. But the management asked him/her to leave.

Allu Arjun told the truth about leaving the theater during the stampede

Allu Arjun said, ‘I saw the film and had to leave midway because the management told me that there was a problem. And the next day it came to light that Revathi had died. I was in shock. The actor also explained why it took him/her 48 hours to respond publicly. he/she said, ‘It took me time to respond psychologically because I wanted to stabilize first and come back to the same place. It takes me time to process everything. When we came to know what had happened there, we all were stunned. Sukumar Guru got really emotional. Our energy was gone.

Allu Arjun said about the compensation, ‘I have given Rs 25 lakh. It is just a gesture of showing support towards them. I don’t want to bother them. I’m giving them their space.
