According to Delhi Police officer, DCPs of all the districts have been asked to be extra vigilant. The police have taken the alert seriously. Meanwhile, on Wednesday itself, once again a bomb threat mail was received in Delhi. This time the Home Ministry located in North Block received a bomb threat. This threat was sent to Delhi Police through email.

Police action against threatening emails

As soon as the threatening email was received, the police immediately came into action. A dog squad and bomb disposal teams along with police and fire department personnel were sent to the spot. Intelligence agencies have alerted about the danger of terrorist attacks in many cities. The warning has been issued on the basis of the interrogation of four ISIS-affiliated terrorists captured from Gujarat.
