AKTU Semester Exams: This time the examinations will continue for half a year, the entire session has been completely disrupted.

Every year, examinations are held in universities for one to one and a half months in a semester. But this time the admissions in Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) created such a problem that examinations are being conducted throughout the semester. Mid semester examinations are being conducted by the university in January. First and second year examinations will be held from next month. At the same time, admissions for BPharma are still going on. his/her examinations will be conducted after that. End semester examinations will be conducted in May. In such a situation, only this time examinations will be conducted in the entire semester.

AKTU: There will be queue of examinations throughout the year

Controller of Examinations Rajeev Kumar said that our effort is to bring the examination session back on track. For example, August admissions are taking place in BPharma in January. In such a situation, it is one semester late. This is the reason why we will conduct their examinations midway. Whereas before the December semester, efforts will be made to conduct one semester exam in August or September. Due to this, examinations will have to be conducted in two to three phases in the next semester also. The benefit of this will be that the session will be back on track from next year.

AKTU Exams: Why was it delayed?

This time the admissions were delayed. Due to this there was delay in completing the study hours of the students. Due to which the December exams were shifted to January. Admissions for first semester were further delayed. Their studies are being completed and after classes and practicals, their examinations will be conducted in February. This will drag on till March. After this, the semester of BPharma is proposed in between. Whereas end semester examinations will be conducted in May. To ensure that students’ studies are not disturbed, examinations are being conducted at different times.
