According to the report by Square Yards, his/her apartment in Borivali East Mumbai was registered on January 21, 2025. Built on 25 acres, the apartment is located in Oberoi Sky City. This is a 3BHK duplex apartment. As per the documents, the apartment is spread over an area of ​​1,073 square feet (99.71 square metres) and has two parking slots. The transaction involved Rs 25.5 lakh stamp duty and Rs 30,000 for registry.
