About his/her passion for acting, he/she says, ‘I was in school and I had a teacher in the ninth grade, she used to write novels and teach me Hindi. She has taught me a lot. To escape from studies, I joined a theatre group. I have been a very shy boy, so I could not talk to people. But this behaviour changed in theatre. When I used to act, girls would come and praise me, which increased my confidence and I started talking to people. I used to write and perform as well. I have done street plays all over Delhi, that also helped me in acting.

‘I left the first film itself’
Talking about his/her Mumbai journey, he/she said, ‘Yash Raj Studio called me in Mumbai. They wanted me to do their film. When they called me, they wanted to give me the lead role but I said let me learn the work first. If I fail in the first project, what will happen to my career. From there, I got a confidence that if they think that I can become a hero, then there must be something in it. This is where my journey to Mumbai started.’I was called by Yash Raj Studios. They wanted to give me the lead role, but I said let me learn the work first.
