According to a YouTube channel named Valai Pechu, a Hollywood production company, which owns the rights of ‘Breakdown’, has accused ‘Vidamuyarchi’ of copying from its story. The production company alleges that ‘Vidamuyarchi’ is very similar to the original film ‘Breakdown’ and has infringed intellectual property. For this the production house has sought damages of Rs 150 crore.

These allegations have created a sensation among the entire South film industry and fans. However, no statement has come from the makers of ‘Vidamuyarchi’ yet.
