Age 35 years and reward of more than Rs 2 crore on arrest, this is Bhadresh Kumar included in FBI’s most wanted list.

About 8 years ago, in April 2017, Patel was included in the list of FBI’s top-10 most wanted fugitives and then a reward of 1 lakh dollars i.e. about Rs 85 lakh was placed on him/her. But he/she has not yet been caught by the FBI. After all, who is Bhadresh Kumar Chetanbhai Patel and why is the FBI looking for him/her, let us know. Bhadresh Kumar is accused of murdering his/her wife Palak Patel. Both of them worked together and on April 12, 2015, he/she murdered his/her wife while at work. Bhadresh Kumar and Palak Patel were married in November 2013. After about a year of marriage, in September 2014, both of them went to their relatives’ place in America. At that time Bhadresh was 24 years old and Palak was 21 years old. In America, both of them started working in a donut shop in Maryland. This shop belonged to Patel’s relative. Meanwhile, the visas of both expired. According to the investigating agencies, the wife wanted to return to India but Bhadresh did not want her to go. There used to be frequent disputes between the two regarding this. Meanwhile, more than a month has passed since the visas of both of them expired.

On the night of April 12, 2015, both of them were doing night shift in a donut shop. Meanwhile, Bhadresh attacked his/her wife several times with something in the shop itself. According to a 2017 PTI report, Patel stabbed Palak multiple times with a kitchen knife. he/she died on the spot and Patel absconded.

During the investigation, the FBI released video footage of the time of the murder. It was seen in the video that both Bhadresh Kumar and Palak were working. Meanwhile, both of them disappear behind a rack in the kitchen. After some time, Bhadresh is again seen in the camera but this time his/her wife was not with him/her. he/she switches off the oven and disappears from there. Palak Patel’s body was found the same night.

After killing his/her wife, Bhadresh Kumar runs away from the store. It is said that he/she reached his/her apartment on foot. From there he/she picks up some of his/her luggage and takes a cab to a hotel near Newark Liberty International Airport. The cab driver then told that Bhadresh was very calm during the journey. he/she checked into a hotel in Newark and left the next morning. he/she was last seen at Newark Penn Station in New Jersey around 10 am on April 13, 2015, the day after Palak’s murder. There is no trace of him/her since then.

American investigating officials suspect that Bhadresh Kumar has fled America or may be hiding there with his/her distant relatives. his/her visa had expired and hence it was very difficult for him/her to leave America legally. Special Agent Jonathan Schafer of the FBI’s Baltimore Division investigated this case. he/she had expressed suspicion in 2017 that Patel might have somehow fled from America to Canada and from there to India.
