New Delhi. Former destructive opener of the Indian cricket team, Virender Sehwag has warned the batsmen of Team India. Veeru has said that Indian batsmen need to raise the level of their game. Indian batsmen failed in the test series against New Zealand. Indian batsmen kept struggling for runs in front of the spinners of the visiting team. The veterans are shocked and upset to see this condition of Team India at home. he/she is not able to understand how the batsman who is an expert in playing spin has forgotten this art. Advising Indian batsmen to raise the level of their game against spinners, Virender Sehwag wrote on Instagram, ‘It is mandatory for me as a supporter to support the team. But this has been a very poor performance from our team. Definitely need to improve the skill of playing spin. Some experiments look good in shorter formats but their unnecessary experiments in Test cricket were really bad.

Left arm spinner Mitchell Santner took 13 wickets in the second Test in Pune while Ajaz Patel took 11 wickets in the third Test in Mumbai.
