Supriya Sule raises the issue of flight delay
Nationalist Congress Party (SP) leader and Maharashtra MP Supriya Sule wrote on X and wrote that despite paying premium fare, delay in Air India flights has become common. Sule made an Air India flight in which it was booked. It was delayed by one hour 19 minutes.
Sule said that there was misleading information from flight tracker (flight -giving system). I was stuck at Delhi Airport on a flight. But it was seen in the tracker that the flight had taken off. he/she demanded that the Union Minister of Civil Aviation raises the issue in front of Rammohan Naidu, demanding that strict rules should be implemented to make aviation companies like Air India accountable.
David Warner said- when there is no pilot …
It is here that Australian cricketer David Warner also posted on X and wrote that he/she boarded an Air India flight. In which there was no pilot. They had to wait for hours. Expressing surprise, he/she told Air India that when there is no pilot, then why should you be the passengers on the flight. On this issue, Air India has also given clarification at Bengaluru Airport citing bad weather.
Shivraj also raised the issue
Earlier on February 22, Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan had complained to X when he/she was coming to Delhi from Bhopal on Air India flight. Then the seat allotted to them was broken and sunk inside. It was painful to sit on it. he/she also wrote that he/she had the belief that Air India’s service would have improved after taking Tata management, but it was his/her confusion. Questioning Air India, he/she wrote that it is immoral to sit on a bad and painful seat after recovering all the money from the passengers. Is it not cheated on passengers?
The issue of not getting wheel chair came forward
Similarly, on March 4, there was a case of not giving an 82-year-old elderly woman on T-3 of Delhi Airport by Air India. In which the elderly woman walked on foot and fell on the way. he/she was seriously hurt. On 12 February 2024, 80 -year -old Babu Patel, along with his/her 76 -year -old wife Narmadaben Patel, landed at Mumbai Airport from New York. It was alleged that both the elderly were given only one veil on Air India despite booking a wheelchair at the time of booking. In which the 80 -year -old elder was killed by walking.
Air India will have to improve its services
Air India, which has been in the headlines due to its continuously its poor services, will have to improve its services. The DGCA will also have to ensure that it gives the top priority to the services of the passengers. So that the airlines cannot dare to make any one mistake again. Air India has responded to the notice of DGCA in the case of not giving a desert to an elderly woman on March 4 at Delhi Airport. In which he/she has said that in February, he/she provided 96 thousand wheelchairs for domestic and international flights across the country. DGCA is also surprised by this answer. The truth is being ascertained. If the answer is not correct then there will be strict action.
