Almonds are soaked before eating. It is said that doing so increases its benefits and it is easily digested. But apart from this, there is another food item which is eaten after soaking. This is also a dry fruit like almonds and you get a special benefit by eating it.

You can also eat walnuts after soaking them to increase your brain capacity. Soak 2 walnut kernels in a bowl of water overnight. Chew them well and eat them in the morning on an empty stomach.
