CM Shivraj and Scindia released two tigers
Bhopal: The roar of tigers was heard after 27 years in the Madhav National Park, which is about 12 kilometers away from Shivpuri district headquarters of Madhya Pradesh. MP CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia on Friday released Tiger in the enclosures built in the park.
In Balarpur of Madhav National Park, 3 enclosures of 4000 hectares have been built for tigers. Two tigers brought just now will be kept in these enclosures of 16 feet height. Because these tigers have been brought from other parks of Madhya Pradesh, they will not be kept in isolation.
In fact, today this park has been named after veteran Congress leader and father of Jyotiraditya Scindia, it is also his/her 78th birth anniversary, on this occasion these tigers were released.
During this, BJP state president BD Sharma along with minister Yashodhara Raje, forest minister Vijay Shah, in-charge minister Mahendra Singh Sisodia, MP KP Yadav were also present here.
Earlier three tigers were to be released here, but the third tigress coming from Panna Tiger Reserve went missing on Thursday, which the rescue team failed to catch, so the tigress brought from Bandhavgarh and the tiger brought from Satpura were released in the park.
Because the tigers have come from another tiger reserve in Madhya Pradesh, the environment will not be affected much, but still they will be kept under observation for the next 15 days, after which they will be released freely in the park so that they can mark their territory. A tiger and a tigress have been released here so that the tiger can increase its clan.
