Afridi, Latif, Miandad… Rohit-Virat won the hearts of neighbors with WC

New Delhi. Pakistani cricketers like Wasim Akram and Javed Miandad justified the decision of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma to retire from this format after Team India’s victory in the T20 World Cup. Pakistani players praised the role of both of them in Team India and said that Indian players played the World Cup unitedly and won it. India won its second T20 World Cup title by defeating South Africa by seven runs in a fluctuating final in Barbados.

Kohli’s greatness is in front of everyone, his/her records speak for themselves, but I am happy for Rohit that he/she could win the World Cup for his/her country.”

One of the greatest batsman of Pakistan Javed Miandad Miandad said that both the legends have retired at the right time. Miandad said, “We will see them in Test and 50-over cricket now but it is appropriate for their career that they glorified T20 International.”
