Action against those who helped in infiltration from Pakistan into Jammu and Kashmir, NIA raided

New Delhi: The National Investigation Agency raided eight locations in five districts of Jammu and Kashmir in the case of helping terrorists of terrorist organizations Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed who crossed the border from Pakistan and infiltrated into Jammu and Kashmir. This raid was conducted at the locations of those suspicious people. he/she was responsible for infiltrating the terrorists and providing them food, accommodation, money and all other types of support including logistics.

NIA had registered the case on the instructions of the Home Ministry.

In this case, NIA had registered a case on October 24 this year on the instructions of the Union Home Ministry. In this connection, raids were conducted at eight locations in Reasi, Udhampur, Doda, Ramban and Kishtwar districts on Thursday. The operation is related to a case related to infiltration of terrorists from across the border along with recent attacks on security forces and civilians. Many important evidence and things were seized during the raid. Which shows the links between terrorists of proscribed organisations, Overground Workers (OGWs) and hybrid terrorists (whose premises were searched). As part of this crackdown, the premises of sympathizers of these organizations and their cadres were also raided.

Case of infiltration from Pakistan through the border

The suspected hybrid terrorists and OGWs involved in Thursday’s raid were linked to branches and affiliates of newly formed banned terrorist organisations. This case, registered on the instructions of the Home Ministry, is about infiltration into Indian territory from Pakistan through the International Border and LOC. In which Lashkar and Jaish terrorists had infiltrated into Jammu and Kashmir. NIA said that OGWs and other terrorist associates living in the villages of Jammu region had helped these terrorists in infiltrating the terrorists.
