Accident on the sets of Karthi’s ‘Sardar 2’, stuntman dies after falling from a height of 20 feet

A big news is coming from the sets of director PS Mithran’s Tamil spy action-thriller ‘Sardar 2’. It is being told that an accident happened during the shooting on the set, in which a stuntman named Ezhumalai died. While shooting an action sequence, the stuntman fell from a height of 20 feet and died on the spot. Karthi is in the lead role in this film. India Today.in quoted a source close to the production team as saying that the shooting of Karthi’s film ‘Sardar 2’ was going on on a grand set in Chennai. An action sequence was being shot. Suddenly the stuntman fell down from a height of about 20 feet. he/she suffered serious injuries and died due to internal bleeding.

The shooting was stopped, no statement came from the team

At present, the investigation is going on and the shooting of the film has been stopped for some time. However, no official statement has been issued by the film team regarding this matter yet.

Sequel of ‘Sardar’ releasing in 2022

This film, being made under the banner of Prince Pictures, is a sequel to the blockbuster ‘Sardar’ released in the year 2022. Apart from Karthi, Rashi Khanna, Rajisha Vijayan, Chunky Pandey and Laila have also played important roles in it. The sequel was announced soon after the success of the first film.
