Aamir gets emotional remembering Sridevi at the trailer launch of ‘Loveyapa’ – it would have been good if she was here today

The trailer of Aamir Khan’s son Junaid Khan’s new film ‘Loveyapa’ has been released and on this occasion the actor cried remembering Sridevi. In this film, Sridevi’s younger daughter Khushi Kapoor is opposite Junaid. The trailer is getting good response. The chemistry of Junaid Khan and Khushi Kapoor is being praised. Aamir launched the trailer of ‘Loveyapa’ and became emotional. Aamir Khan said at the trailer launch of the film, ‘I am the biggest fan of Sridevi ji. You guys might know that from the beginning I have always talked about Sree and it was my dream that one day I would get a chance to work with Sree. So, it’s a film of happiness and it’s an important moment for me. When I saw the film, I felt like I was watching Shri again.

Aamir said- It would have been great if she had been here today.

Aamir further said, ‘This is your first theatrical film. I pray for both of you. And wherever Sree is, she will be looking at you (Khushi Kapoor) with great happiness. Today I am remembering him/her very deeply. It would have been great if she were here today. But he/she is still with us. Sridevi died in the year 2018.

Aamir Khan said this for son Junaid

After this, while talking about son Junaid, Aamir Khan said, ‘As a father, I have been missing a lot. I live in my own passion, in my work. So today I feel good that Junaid has started his/her career in his/her own way. The profession I entered. I have been here for 35 years and now he/she has also come into it. This is a very emotional moment for me. The way my mother has given me the upbringing that Reena and I have given to Aira and Junaid, I am happy for it.

‘Lavyapa’ will be released on 7th February

‘Loveyapa’ is directed by Advait Chandan and will release on February 7. The film has many other stars including Ashutosh Rana and Kiku Sharda. Talking about Junaid, he/she made his/her acting debut with ‘Maharaj’ and Khushi with ‘The Archies’. Both of these films were released on OTT.
