When its temperature comes to room temperature, add cream and vanilla essence to it and close it in an air tight container. Now keep it in the freeze for some time and then take it out and make a paste in the blender so that if any ice crystals are formed, then store it in the same container. Its lid should always be closed properly. Now freeze it for two hours and garnish it with cherries and nuts while serving.
