Former cricketer Isha Guha’s use of the word ‘primate’ created a storm on social media. he/she started being criticized, which forced the former England pacer to apologize. Isha said during the commentary at the beginning of the game on Monday, ‘Yesterday I used a word which can be interpreted in different ways. I would like to apologize for causing any hurt. Isha of Indian origin has been in the broadcasting team of Fox Sports for many years.

Isha Guha said, ‘I have set very high standards for myself when it comes to empathy and respect for others. If you listen to the whole thing, I meant to praise one of the greatest players of India the most. A player whom I admire a lot. Former India head coach Ravi Shastri, who was sitting next to Isha Guha when she apologized, praised her for speaking live on the issue.
