Chunky Pandey went on half honeymoon with Bhavana to Bangladesh, narrated the story of Ananya’s birth

Actor Chunky Pandey gave many hit films but he/she had no work in the 1980s. Because at that time other superstars like Salman Khan-Shahrukh Khan had captured the screen. Due to which he/she had to lose his/her job. In the early 1990s, he/she made a brief comeback with films like ‘Vishwatma’ and ‘Aankhen’, but he/she could not stay in the industry for long, due to which he/she had to look for acting opportunities in Bangladesh. Where he/she stayed for five years and also celebrated half the honeymoon. In an interview given to ‘Brute’, Chunky Pandey mentioned about working well in Bangladesh for five years. Also told interesting things about honeymoon with Bhavana Pandey and birth of Ananya Pandey. he/she said, ‘After giving so many big hits, I suddenly found myself without work. I was doing many hero films, but this did not disappoint me. I was confused as to what had happened here, so I decided to go to Bangladesh and work there and I performed well there for five years.

Chunky Pandey told that he/she married Bhavana in 1998 while working in Bangladesh. he/she joked that he/she spent half of his/her honeymoon there because he/she had to complete a film. he/she said, ‘Actually, I took Bhavana to Bangladesh for half the honeymoon because I had to complete a film at that time, and I think Ananya got conceived in Bangladesh.’

Chunky Pandey told that Bhavana reminded him/her that he/she could maintain his/her Bollywood career only by working in the industry, after which he/she returned to Mumbai. They spent time looking for jobs and also began their journey as parents. he/she said that the arrival of his/her daughters felt like a new beginning in his/her career, adding that he/she married Bhavana during the lowest phase of his/her career.

Chunky Pandey and Bhavana Pandey got married on January 17, 1998. The two met at a disco, where Chunky memorized Bhavna’s phone number to stay in touch. Despite the long distance relationship, both of them came close to each other. Today he/she has two daughters, Ananya Pandey and Raisa Pandey, who are doing good work in their respective fields.
