New Delhi: A video is becoming increasingly viral on social media, in which a man wearing saffron colored clothes is trying to misbehave with a woman. By sharing the video, it is being claimed that the man was posing as a fake Baba and was molesting and abusing the woman in the name of treatment. But upon fact checking, this video was found to be scripted.

What is being claimed?

The longer version of this video was found on the official YouTube channel of Ashwini Pandey. The video was uploaded on 27 September 2023. Disclaimer is given at 0.16 seconds in the video. The disclaimer states that this video is scripted and created by artists.

In our investigation, the claim being made regarding the viral video in the name of Dhongi Baba turned out to be false. This is a scripted video, which has been made by some artists together. There is no truth in the video.
