CBSE 10th 12th Exam 2025: Pre-board is the support system for board exam preparation, answer sheets of toppers will also give booster dose.

After the announcement of CBSE board exam from 15th February, pre board exam has started in schools. The question papers of Pre Board have been set on the basis of sample paper issued by CBSE. So that students can understand the marking pattern of board exam. The biggest focus of the teachers is on helping the students solve the paper with time management in the exam hall, because the students get nervous after hearing the name of the board exam. Teachers are also counseling the students so that they do not get nervous. They are also being given tips to ensure that they do not spoil the exam under any pressure. Doubt clearing sessions are also being conducted for subjects in schools. Most of the students are getting stressed regarding science subjects. Therefore, sessions are being organized for them after classes. CBSE 12th exams will be held from February 15 to April 4 and CBSE 10th papers will be held from February 15 to March 18.

Syllabus complete, focus on practice

Neha Sharma, Principal of GD Goenka School, said that after completion of the syllabus in the schools, practice is being conducted for test and pre-board. So that the student can revise the entire subject wise syllabus. It is advised to finish the syllabus by preparing a time table. At the time of exam, there should not be any pressure of board exam on the student. Only revision remains to be done.

Learning to score from answer copies of toppers

Principal of Indus Valley Public School, Shikha Sharma said that teachers personally attend the students in the class. Pre-board exams have been conducted on the basis of sample papers only, so that more and more students can understand the pattern of the board exam. Answer copies of last year’s toppers are being shown, so that they can understand the pattern of answer writing and score marks.

Extra class after pre board result

The result will be released after the pre-board exam. Extra classes will be run for those students who have scored less marks in pre board. Teachers will clear the doubts of the students. After highlighting the mistakes in their answer sheet, they will be explained how to correct them.

Complete the chapters with higher marks first.

Science subjects are considered to be marks scoring, so teachers are guiding to complete those chapters first. Science subjects are being completed one month before the exam time. Short notes are being prepared so that quick revision can be done in less time.

Preparing time table in school

School teachers are preparing subject wise time tables for students. Because December and January are still left. All subjects can be revised at least three times in 2 months. It is advised to complete revision of 2 to 3 subjects in a day.

Advice on maintaining a healthy diet

Pre-board exams have ended in some schools. Extra classes are being run. In the class, students are also being advised to maintain a healthy diet along with studies. It is advised to eat light food along with fruits in the morning and study at night, so as to stay away from laziness.
