Jharkhand Election: Free gas cylinder, unemployment allowance for youth…BJP released resolution letter for Jharkhand

New Delhi: In Jharkhand, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has released the manifesto of BJP. It has been named ‘Sankalp Patra’. On this occasion, Amit Shah fiercely attacked the Jharkhand government. he/she said that if BJP government is formed, new employment opportunities will be created for five lakh people in the state. he/she took a dig at CM Hemant Soren and said that do not consider this as Hemant’s promise. I will personally come and give an account of it. After the victory in Haryana, BJP has now promised to implement special schemes for women and youth in its manifesto for Jharkhand also. he/she made it clear that UCC (Uniform Civil Code) will come in Jharkhand also but the tribal community will be kept out of its scope.

Allowance of Rs 2100 per month to women and Rs 2000 to youth

Shah announced that under the ‘Gogo Didi Scheme’, Rs 2,100 will be sent every month to the bank accounts of women of Jharkhand. On Diwali and Rakshabandhan, 1 free LPG gas cylinder will be given, and families will get a gas cylinder for Rs 500. Under ‘Lakshmi Johar Yojana’, gas cylinder will be available for Rs 500 and two cylinders will be given free in a year. Under the Yuva Sathi Allowance Scheme, graduate and post graduate unemployed youth will be given an allowance of Rs 2,000 every month for two years. Apart from this, provision will be made for registry of women’s name at Re 1 and monthly pension of up to Rs 2,500 for old age, widows and disabled people.

Promise of 5 lakh employment to youth

The Home Minister said that five lakh employment opportunities will be created for the youth in Jharkhand, including 2.87 lakh government jobs. This is the promise of BJP, which will be fulfilled. They will give information to the public in this regard within five years. 287,500 government posts will be filled in a fair manner, and one lakh youth will get employment every year. Strict laws will be brought against those who leak papers and an investigation team will be formed and they will be punished. he/she said that Hemant Soren government had promised to provide employment to the youth, but it was not fulfilled. There will be free education in government institutions and tuition fee waiver in private institutions for B.Ed, Nursing and other professional courses. Apart from this, ‘Jharkhand Johar Bhawan’ will be constructed in major cities for the convenience of Jharkhandis living outside the state.

UCC will be applicable, but outside the tribal community scope

The Union Home Minister said that if the BJP government is formed in Jharkhand, the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) will be implemented, but tribal communities will be kept out of its purview. he/she said that Jharkhand Mukti Morcha is propagating that UCC will affect the rights and culture of tribals, which is wrong. The Minister said that ‘Rehabilitation Commission’ will be constituted to ensure rehabilitation before displacement. If BJP comes to power, ‘Sarna Dharma Code’ will be considered. he/she announced ‘Operation Suraksha’, promising to eliminate human trafficking in Jharkhand by 2027 and Naxalism in the next two years. Releasing the manifesto, Shah said that the Hemant Soren government has given shelter to infiltrators, due to which the number of tribals is decreasing and the demography is changing. he/she said that the BJP government will drive out the infiltrators from Jharkhand and will take strict steps for this.

Boxes will be opened for farmers also

Shah said that farmers do not get fair price for their crops. BJP’s resolve is that every grain of paddy will be purchased at Rs 3,100 per quintal, whether it is from tribal, backward class or ordinary farmer. Farmers will get payment within 48 hours. Pigeon pea and madua will be included in the MSP to boost rural livelihoods, and processing centers will be set up in tribal blocks. Firefighters will be guaranteed government jobs, every poor family will get a permanent house in five years, and 21 lakh houses will be given under the PM Awas Yojana. All tribal families will be linked to Ayushman Yojana.

Memorials of Lord Birsa will be constructed in Jamshedpur and Sidho-Kanhu in Dumka. The monthly salary of Gram Panchayat heads will be Rs 5,000. Jharkhand will be completely freed from cow smuggling, and 25,000 km of roads will be built under the Pradhan Mantri Gramin Sadak Yojana. An interest-free loan of Rs 10 lakh will be available for higher education, and education will be conducted in schools, colleges and universities in all regional languages ​​of the state. Coverage under Ayushman Bharat Jeevan Dhara scheme for senior citizens above 70 years of age will be increased from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 10 lakh. The number of beds in primary and community health centers will be increased to 25,000. Under the Maternity Protection Scheme, every pregnant woman will be given 6 nutrition kits and assistance of Rs 21,000.

BJP has big expectations from women voters in Jharkhand

Hemant Soren government has started ‘Jharkhand Chief Minister Mainiyan Samman Yojana’ before Rakshabandhan. In this, the government promised to deposit one thousand rupees every month in the accounts of eligible women, this scheme is being appreciated in the state. After Haryana elections, BJP has now promised to give Rs 2100 every month to women in Jharkhand. After the Lok Sabha elections, BJP has got full support from women in the Haryana Assembly elections. Keeping this in mind, BJP has made various promises to woo women. In Jharkhand too, the party has a lot of expectations from its women voters. Also, to counter the plans of the Soren government, BJP has made various announcements in its manifesto for women.
