‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ director Anees Bazmee had also worked a lot with ‘Showman’ Raj Kapoor. Recently, while sharing his/her experience of working with Raj Kapoor in an interview, he/she told the incident when he/she ran away from the set. Anees Bazmee said that even though Raj Kapoor was innocent and simple, as a filmmaker he/she was no less than awe-inspiring. According to ‘Indian Express’, Anees Bazmee said, ‘If I sat down to write a book, I would feel I can write 2000-3000 pages on Raj Kapoor. As an actor his/her personality was different. he/she was innocent and ordinary, but as a film producer he/she was terrifying.

‘Had habit of alcohol and cigarette, didn’t even touch edit’

Anees Bazmee further said, ‘There was no trace of Raj Saheb. Don’t know what will happen when. he/she loved smoking and alcohol. But when he/she started editing the film, he/she used to stop the connection. Until the edit of the film was completed, he/she would not even touch alcohol or cigarette… whether the edit was finished in 2 months or 10 months.

Anees Bazmee then narrated an incident of Raj Kapoor’s anger. he/she said, ‘Once Raj Saheb fired 15-17 shots and announced a party. But due to my mistake, Kulbhushan Kharbanda got the wrong costume. Due to this Raj Saheb’s mood worsened further. I immediately informed the other assistant about this mistake. The smile immediately disappeared from his/her face.
