Tomorrow’s weather 8 October 2024 : These days the humid heat in Delhi-NCR is troubling people. Monsoon has departed. At the same time, rains are still continuing in the states of North East and South India. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for rain in Kerala. According to IMD, there will be rain in some states including Kerala tomorrow also. There are chances of rain tomorrow in Karnataka, Kerala as well as Tamil Nadu, Lakshadweep, Arunachal Pradesh and Assam.

When will we get relief from the heat in Delhi?

Since the departure of monsoon in the capital Delhi, the temperature and heat are continuously increasing. According to the Meteorological Department, heat will continue in Delhi for the next 10 days. However, the morning and evening temperatures will start falling now. The Meteorological Department says that the temperature of Delhi will drop by two degrees in three-four days. Tomorrow also the weather will be clear and the sky will be sunny. At the same time, till the third week of October, people may feel slight coolness at night.

Rain continues in Mumbai

According to the Meteorological Department, rain may continue in Mumbai. Yesterday also there was light rain in many areas. IMD says that the departure of monsoon has started. When monsoon goes, it is natural to rain. Weather experts say that rain will continue in many districts of Maharashtra including Mumbai till October 11.

Heavy rain alert in Kerala

The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of heavy rain in Kerala for tomorrow. It may rain in different districts of the state. ‘Yellow alert’ has been issued for Thiruvananthapuram, Idukki, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode and Wayanad districts of Kerala. The weather department has also predicted light to moderate rainfall of five to 15 mm per hour and strong winds with speed up to 40 km per hour in parts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha and Kottayam districts.

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain in Kerala as well as in Tamil Nadu and South Karnataka of South India. Apart from this, there is a possibility of heavy rain in Lakshadweep tomorrow. Light to moderate rain and thundershowers may occur over Andhra Pradesh and Central India, especially Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha and adjoining Maharashtra region. Here in Jammu and Kashmir division, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain and snowfall along with thunderstorms. In the northeastern states, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya may receive heavy rains. No significant weather activity is likely over rest of North-West India, Central India and East India.
